There can be four different reasons for this:

Your followers haven't opened the app. To receive coins, your subscribers need to install the app AND open it - many subscribers forget the second part, and only downloading the app won't count.

Your followers are in an invalid country. Installations cannot be converted into coins if your followers are not located in a country that is part of the target audience. For example, if you're promoting an app that is only valid in the USA, but someone downloads it from the German App/Play Store, that installation would be invalid.

Your subscribers don't have the correct device. For example, if you're promoting an app for iOS devices, you won't receive coins for Android installations.

The coins haven't been processed in our system yet. Normally, you receive coins a few minutes after logging into the platform. In some cases, it can take up to two hours depending on the platform's workload.
